A founding membership: one year of Cyren starting on the day the app launches, for a one-time payment of $24. After that first year you can continue at $24 per year for as long as you stay subscribed. The planned regular price at launch is $49 per year.
You can ask for a full refund at any time before launch by emailing [email protected]. We refund 100% of what you paid, to the payment method you used. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
If Cyren has not launched by December 31, 2027, we will refund every founding member in full, without you having to ask.
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. These terms don't limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
